Just in time for tomato season, my Crispy Gnocchi Caprese is exactly what I want to be eating for the rest of summer. You might recognize this stunner as half of the cover girl on Nights and Weekends. This month the recipe is featured on Bon Appetit’s July Feel Good Plan, along with a few of my favorite things (All-Clad! Olja! Gardenheir!). You can find the recipe here. Speaking of Bon Appetit, they just called Nights and Weekends one of the top 16 cookbooks of summer.
There’s officially six weeks (!!) until Nights and Weekends comes out.
From mid-July to early August, I’ll be doing a series of giveaways with All-Clad, Le Creuset, Weber, and Year & Day. When thinking about who I wanted to partner with for the giveaways I thought about what brands and products that I would personally get excited about and wow, the brands showed up. In order to be entered in the giveaway, you’ll need to have proof that you’ve pre-ordered Nights and Weekends. It doesn’t matter where you order from, as long as you have a receipt.
