Remember a few weeks ago when I mentioned you could get five new recipes in an e-book if you upload your To the Last Bite receipt? The e-book will be available up until April 18th, but I thought I’d go ahead and share one of my favorite recipes from it: Creamy Tomato Garlic Shrimp.
This is a true weeknight dinner recipe. I know recipes often claim to come together in minutes, but this one really does. The sauciness factor comes from tomato paste, white wine, and heavy cream, while the flavor comes from garlic, paprika, and pepper flakes. It’s spiced, not spicy, although you could up the pepper flakes if you want it to be.

Pro tip: if you’re using frozen shrimp, make sure to defrost them well in advance of dinner. Just leave the bag in the fridge the morning of and they’ll slowly thaw by the time you’re ready to cook.
